I create experiences that connect brand, technology, and people.

27M+ passengers. One connected digital experience.

Transforming JFK Terminal 4 from a collection of static information points into a connected, dynamic passenger experience. Working alongside JFKIAT, my team led the creative strategy, UX, research, and experience design for a digital transformation reaching 27M+ passengers annually—reimagining how travelers receive information, navigate the terminal, and engage with their journey from curb to gate.

Reimagining the menu as a digital experience

Transforming City BBQ’s indoor and drive-thru menu boards from static points of information into dynamic digital experiences designed to command attention, drive higher-value purchases, and make the brand’s food impossible to ignore. By combining UX strategy, content design, motion, merchandising, and data-driven thinking, we created a scalable digital signage vision that could evolve with the customer, the daypart, and the business.

Turning “waiting to be helped” into “shopping while you wait.”

Through research, discovery, prototyping, and iterative user testing, we reimagined how Consumer Cellular customers shop in-store—removing the associate as a prerequisite for getting started and creating a simpler path from exploration to purchase.

From digital strategy and UX to creative direction and execution, I bring together design, storytelling, and technology. My mission is to build engaging experiences across digital, retail, hospitality, transportation, and beyond.

Let’s meet up in real life.
